Here at Our Little Studio we want your visit to be as fun and stress free as possible! We have compiled this list of FAQ for our discount deals to help make that happen!
What is included in our deal? Each deal is unique, please refer to the deal in question and contact us if you can not find your answer there.
Why does it say UP to an hour? In general the time behind the camera is less than an hour, but we want to give that extra time incase you need it. We do not rush our clients, again our goal is for you to have an over all awesome experience! Don’t fear if you run 10 mins over we will not bill you for another hour but if we feel your session will run over that, we will discuss it with you.
Can my session be longer? Of course you can request extra time, we like you to pre-arrange your extra time if possible. Additional time is billed at $100.00 per hour and only sold in 1hr increments.
Do you travel? For our discount deals we do not travel, all sessions are done in studio, or at a location we have chosen near our studio, we will decided which option we feel is best.
How do I schedule my appointment? We ask that you schedule your appointment no less than 10 days in advance! To make your appointment you can call, email or visit our website Our Little Studio and click “Book Online”. You can also visit Our Scheduling Page. Please keep in mind that all appointments may not be shown, and your requested date and time needs be confirmed by us. Our client base can be very heavy at times, there is no guarantee your date will be available. At times we are booked for months straight, if all sessions are booked past your expiration date, and you have contacted us to book at least 30 days prior to your expiration date, we will extend your expiration date to the date of our next available session.
How many people are allowed per session? Our sessions are limited to 4 people, with a charge of $25.00 per person for numbers over 4.
Can I be a fairy or Glitz & Glam? Our Fairy/Fantasy style portraits are not included in the discounts unless noted in the deal..You can however updrade to Fairy/Fantasy. You can upgrade to Glitz & Glam. Contact us for upgrade pricing options!
Is a hair/makeup artist included? Hair, Makeup and Costuming are not included in the discounts. If that is an option you are interested in please contact us to additional fee information and to make the arrangements.
How do I see my proofs? After your session you will receive an email providing a link to your online viewing gallery containing at least 20 proofs and instructions.
Can I purchase more than what is in the deal? Again each deal is different, contact us with questions. You can purchase additional Time, Files, Prints, Albums and More! Visit Our Investment Page to see what we have!
What is a High Resolution File? A High Res file is a digital photograph, it is high res meaning it can be printed in a large sizes such as 8×10 and up. These files are yours to use for printing and sharing. There is no watermarking to hinder printing and sharing.
What is a Low Resolution or Social Media File? A Low Res or Social Media file, is very small. It is ideal for sharing on Facebook, Myspace etc..It will be watermarked and can not be printed.
What is your Cancellation Policy? We ask that you cancel no less than 48hrs prior to your appointment. Refunds will not be given and you will not be able to reschedule without paying a $50.00 rescheduling fee if you cancel later than 48hrs before your session!
What is your Refund Policy? We do not offer refunds. We feel that you would not have chose us without seeing our portfolio and knowing the quality of work you will be receiving. We review all products before they are delivered to insure your satisfaction.
