We put this out a few months ago but to revisit-Until further notice we will not be doing any in-studio sessions! All sessions will be done outdoors with the exception of Boudoir which we will rent a room to hold the session in! If you already have a session booked or planned that was scheduled for an in-studio session, please note it will now be held outside, please make adjustments as needed.
We ask that you schedule all portrait appointments no less than 10-14 days in advance! To make your appointment you can call, email or visit our website Our Little Studio and click “Book Online”. You can also visit Our Scheduling Page. Please keep in mind that all appointments may not be shown, and your requested date and time needs be confirmed by us. Our client base can be very heavy at times, there is no guarantee your date will be available. Please email us after you request a date!!
Our traditional & family sessions are limited to 4 people, with a charge of $25.00 per person for numbers over 4!
We ask that you cancel no less than 48hrs prior to your appointment. Refunds will not be given and you will not be able to reschedule without paying a non-refundable $50.00 rescheduling fee if you cancel later than 48hrs before your session!
We do not offer refunds. We feel that you would not have chose us without seeing our portfolio and knowing the quality of work you will be receiving. We review all products before they are delivered to insure your satisfaction.
A non-refundable retainer in the quoted amount is due and payable at the time the contract for services is signed or appointment is scheduled. The next payment of the remaining balance is due no later time of the event / session date unless otherwise agreed. These payments once made are non-refundable since OLS is reserving the event date exclusively for the client. Overtime will be billed at a minimum rate of $100 per hour, and must be paid on or before the event date, or no overtime will be permitted. We accept credit card payments via paypal. We also except cash, personal checks, money orders and paypal. Proofs will be provided within 30 days of session, proof amount is at the discretion of the photographer with an average of 20 proofs per session. If quoted or ordered, you will receive a high resolution disk of images within 120 days of the final payment or if included in package within 120 of gallery expiration . Prints, Albums, Canvas and other product delivery times will be discussed at time of ordering, to be received by client no later than 365 days from the final payment date. Proofs will be available for purchase in client online proofing for 30 days from the session (there is no guarantee proofs will be available after your photocart expires) , proofs may be archived up to an additional 60 days depending on studio storage needs.
All sessions will be offered a 10day Early bird discount to purchase their entire image file collection, discount amount decided by OLS at time offered.
